    What are you doing in response to COVID-19?

    The COVID-19 virus continues to create many challenges. Greenheck is using every resource available including QD Online, to ensure health care facilities receive critical products quickly.

    • We will expedite orders designated for health care facilities and businesses that directly support the health care industry, to ensure orders ship on time
    • You can help us rush your order by indicating on the order or shipping instructions that the order is COVID-19 related or for use in the health care industry
    • All of our five distribution centers are open and ready to ship orders as each is received. Therefore, we do not expect any delays in shipment of order. We will update this page regularly in the event that something changes.

    Where can I get selection assistance?

    There are product selection tools within the site, such as CFM and Static Pressure calculators, along with product cross references and product filters that aid in the selection process.     Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, you can. The Greenheck Quick Delivery program has distribution centers in five locations in the U.S. that you can select from during order check out.

    How can I track the shipment of my Greenheck Quick Delivery order?

    You can obtain tracking information by accessing your Quick Delivery online account, and click on "My orders" section. It will contain shipment status, carrier, pro #, and can be tracked in this way, once the order has shipped. Alternatively, you may contact the Greenheck Quick Delivery sales support team at 1.800.294.9202 or email us at qdonline@greenheck.com

    Is shipping included?

    Greenheck includes freight for all ground shipments in the cost of the product. If you ordered products to ship via airfreight or another expedited freight service, please contact the Greenheck Quick Delivery sales support team at 1.800.294.9202, or email us at qdonline@greenheck.com.

    What if my organization is tax exempt?

    Sales tax is charged on all QD online orders (unless in a sales tax exempt state). If you believe your organization should be exempt from sales tax, you must create an account first.

    Note: If you proceed with a guest checkout, you will be charged tax.

    Once an account is created, you have two options:

    1) Proceed with placing your order and then email @QD Online with a PDF of your tax exempt certificate with reference to your order number. Once the certificate is approved, a credit will be issued via the payment method used on the original order within a few days.

    -OR-

    2) Prior to placing your order, email @QD Online with a PDF of your tax exempt certificate using the email address the account was created under. Please allow up to one business day to approve and apply your tax exempt status to your account. Once we verify you are tax exempt, you can place your order.

    Your organization’s tax exempt certification will be kept on file. Future orders will be tax exempt through the validity date on your exemption certificate.

    What is your return policy?

    What is your standard warranty policy on original equipment?

    Greenheck’s standard warranty policy is based on the type of product purchased. For more information on specific warranty information for the model you have, please visit our Warranties page on Greenheck.com.

    How do I begin a warranty claim?

    Contact your the Greenheck Quick Delivery sales support team at 1.800.294.9202, or email us at qdonline@greenheck.com. If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact your freight carrier immediately. In the event the carrier wishes to inspect the shipment, materials must be made available for them to inspect. For concealed damage, follow the same procedure as noted above.
