Model SP-A90M-QD is a motion sensing, ENERGY STAR® certified bathroom exhaust fan designed to provide the lowest sound levels for bathroom exhaust. Featuring an insulated housing, this bathroom fan quietly ventilates your space using 70% energy than a standard fan, saving on energy costs. With an integral motion sensor, this bathroom fan automatically turns on within the space once movement is detected. After a specific amount of time lapses, the fan powers off ensuring its only operational when there are occupants in the bathroom. This increases occupant comfort while minimizing energy costs. Motion sensing bath fans are ideal for residential and commercial bathrooms and multi-family dwellings.
