    Product Description

The SP-A110M-QD is a motion sensing, ENERGY STAR® certified bathroom exhaust fan designed to provide the lowest sound levels for bathroom exhaust. Featuring an insulated housing, this bathroom fan quietly ventilates your space using 70% less energy than a standard fan, saving on energy costs. With an integral motion sensor, this bathroom fan automatically turns on within the space once movement is detected. After a specific amount of time lapses, the fan powers off ensuring its only operational when there are occupants in the bathroom. This increases occupant comfort while minimizing energy costs. Motion sensing bath fans are ideal for residential and commercial bathrooms and multi-family dwellings.

    Motion Detecting Grille

A motion detecting grille is a great, low-cost way to save money on energy bills. Motion detectors use a passive infrared motion detector to automatically turn the fan on when a change in motion is sensed. They have a viewing area of 180 degrees, however they must be placed in the line-of-sight.

    Lowest sound levels

Sick of loud, rattling bathroom fans? These low-CFM SP-A series bathroom exhaust fans offer the lowest sound levels in the industry. With under 0.3 sones, these fans are so quiet, you will barely know the bathroom fan is on.
