    Product Description

Model SP-B80M-QD is a motion sensing, ENERGY STAR® certified bathroom exhaust fan, designed to provide the lowest sound levels for bathroom exhaust. Featuring a low profile housing, this bathroom fan quietly and efficiently ventilates your space using 70% less energy than a standard fan. The SP-B80-QD includes a round standard outlet for quick, easy connections along with an integral damper preventing unwanted backdrafts. Units are speed controllable and are ideal for residential, multi-family or hotel applications. With an integral motion sensor, this bathroom fan automatically turns on within the space once movement is detected. After a specific amount of time lapses, the fan powers off ensuring its only operational when there are occupants in the bathroom. This increases occupant comfort while minimizing energy costs. Motion sensing bath fans are ideal for residential and commercial bathrooms and multi-family dwellings.

    Low Profile Design

The SP-B series offers a slimmed-down profile to make installing, even in the smallest places, a breeze.

    Motion Detecting Grille

A motion detecting grille is a great, low-cost way to save money on energy bills. Motion detectors use a passive infrared motion detector to automatically turn the fan on when a change in motion is sensed. They have a viewing area of 180 degrees, however they must be placed in the line-of-sight.
